If you’re curious and want to get to know the true soul of our wine; if you want to learn everything we have learned and now want to share… start with our vines: more grandmother than mother, wise, ancient, and loyal.
You’ll be able to touch, smell, hear, and awake all of your senses with wine and its inspiring production method, before then entering the cellar and discovering for yourself each individual step that composes the production of a 100% natural wine.
We’ll spend the day together, telling stories and trying things out, with two different tastings, each one including food pairings comprised of local nibbles, ideally suited to enhance and complement the wines we try.
